Both players are on the roster a Bot team
just took over. The Bot has made his roster
moves, including picking up no good players
from waiver wire. But he did not see fit to
promote these 23 year olds to majors, instead
putting cps on them. Everyone but the bot
seems to recognize that 23 years olds will
improve better in the majors.
With so many bots, it seems appropriate that
the bot logic is fixed so that it better reflects
the reality of player development.
