Cant figure it out

Dont understand . I have great pitching staff and cant win a game !!!. I will be willing to make some deals and give up some hitting for fielding . It seems that could be the only answer . My team cant catch or throw LOL

I was equally mystified last season when I finished well out of the playoff picture with 8 of my 10 pitchers in red letters....
