24 Team Beta League draft pool

I am going to be testing some fixes in the draft pool generator. The draft pool in this league is going to be repeatedly regenerated for a bit. For anyone who has already ranked their players, I apologize for the inconvenience. I'll let you know when it is safe to rank players again.

Not sure how, if at all, this might affect original beta league, but it's messed up.
