I may have 3-4 of my teams in contending mode, which means I have a set of prefs. And I may have a few teams in rebuild mode, which is another set of prefs.
While it is nice to be able to copy from one team to another, how about a copy/paste clipboard where we can save preferences "slots"?
Then you could name each slot.
Slot 1: Contender
Slot 2: Rebuild
Slot 3: Speed Team
Slot 4: Slugger Team
Slot 5: Strong bullpen
and so on

I often copy preferences from one team to another, depending on where I am with any given team.I may have 3-4 of my teams in contending mode, which means I have a set of prefs. And I may have a few teams in rebuild mode, which is another set of prefs.
