So here is my suggestion I have 2 first round picks and I have CP issues. The draft is fairly deep in developmental talent so you should be able to draft a guy in round 2 that is worthy of developing. The first 3 players include a 21 year old plug any play guy that I am interested in. But in this circumstance I would love my second first round pick to be a young developmental player. I have the third pick so I do not have real control over who I will get in the top of round 1. There are 2 or 3 players 22 or 23 that are ok but the 8 or so OS 18 guys will be better down the road. If I do not get the 21 pitcher with pick 3, I will end up with an OS 18 guy and can not develop 2 of them. It would be nice to have an option to eliminate some players based on other players you draft besides just on position.
Not sure how you would do that, but it would be something to look at.
So basically with my 2 first rounders I want one 21-22 year old guy and one 18 year old guy. It is hard to rank the players because you have no idea who you are getting at 3.

You could set it up just like the Maximum players per position, just by age instead.17-18 (set at 1-10 players)
