Tension Rises in AL

May 20, 2016 at 05:00PM View BBCode

Detroit has coasted ahead of the game, showing the team's natural dominance. Last year's AL champion, Oakland is in second place, but they cannot shake off the persistent Senators who will fight hard all the way. It looks to be a very interesting few months as all teams look to see where true strength lies.

"dominance" is, in a short span of time....

Thanks for the nice "coast"!

Hopefully, that wasn't the "kiss of death"!!!!!

Each year can be a "sharking beach!"

Having fun!

All have a great weekend!!

It is still early in the season but the AL has a very heated race going. I am a bit surprised by the Senators, I expected a solid 3rd place finish this season once again. Both Householder and Slaughter have integrated well in to the offense and the pitching remains strong.

Well that 8 game losing streak posted by the Tigers took them from 1st to third in the AL. Meanwhile, Washington has won 24 of 29 to grab 2nd. Maybe the big story in the JFL this season is Brooklyn's pursuit of the single season win record of 134 -28 held by coffeeman1 and his 2132 Minnesota Twins. With a 55-10 record, Brooklyn is on a pace to win 137 games.
