Example why there neeeds to be a Runs scored over Earned runs for pitchers

I just played Detroit and the Sim left his pitcher in to give up 15 runs, So only 8 were earned, NO MANAGER lets that happen in real life. What I have been asking for years is a pitcher being pulled for Runs scored no matter if they are Earned or not. the settings only has you choose Earned runs before the pitcher is pulled. I would like "number of Runs allowed before a pitcher is pulled included.

honestly, either one is a poor metric to use when deciding to pull at pitcher. this isn't real life. our codebits don't have 'good' days or 'bad' days. they have the same level of skill and effectiveness every time they take the mound. (fatigue notwithstanding) if your A overall starter has given up home runs to the first 4 batters of the game, he's still more likely to throw a shutout the rest of the way than is the B+ overall guy sitting in your bullpen. if you're pulling for anything other than tired you're making a mistake, in general.
