Wow 5 pounds in two weeks is pretty hard. I guess I would suggest running a couple miles a day, although if you play football you probably already do that. Besides that I dont really know. Good luck.August 15, 2004 at 04:07AM View BBCode
You need to lose weight for football? Most people I know want to gain weight for football. You could always cheat by not eating much, barfing, and using laxativesAugust 15, 2004 at 04:13AM View BBCode
Skiers right on the money. Running/jogging has been the best way for me to keep in shape.August 15, 2004 at 04:15AM View BBCode
Yes, barf. It makes you feel good. (no im not bulemic).August 15, 2004 at 11:25AM View BBCode
You could lose 5 pounds in water weight alone. Or, just take some exlax. Humans tend to have 10-15 pounds of waste sitting inside. Just get rid of that.August 15, 2004 at 12:05PM View BBCode

ahhh... that makes more sense. In that case he shouldn't be trying to drop weight at all. Just eat healthy and work out a little and you will be in great shape in no time.August 16, 2004 at 03:41AM View BBCode
