Somehow, my ace Mark Kramer went 0-4 during the playoffs... very underwhelming performance.

Houston, though, is the best team I've ever owned. I'd like to take credit for building it, but most of the core pieces were already in place when I arrived two seasons ago (in the old league.) I did make the trades that helped the bench and improved the pitching, so I guess I feel swell about that contribution.
Don't know what will happen in the Series, but it's been a good run.

I've never run a gauntlet in a Playoff situation anywhere like going through Pittsburgh and Milwaukee here, with Seattle looming, all 100-win teams in the upper echelon of every statistical category.Houston, though, is the best team I've ever owned. After having two seasons of Simmons league frustration in the post season we make the first World Series with the best record, by one game, in the league. Houston is a tough team. If it goes more than five I will be happy. My team is getting old it has a small window at the start of the new league to win a championship.Pages: 1
