Rule is; if not winning 55games team drop 5 draft slots. If I were to set the draft order would do this:
1st - Toronto 56 wins
2nd - Wash 58 wins
3ed - St.L. 65 wins
4th - Boston 83 wins
5th - higher-seed of 84 win teams (Cin or CHN) as determined by ABE
6th - higher-seed of 52 win teams (Tex or NYN) as determined by ABE
7th - lower-seed of 52 win teams (Tex or NYN) as determined by ABE
8th - lower-seed of 84 win teams (Cin or CHN) as determined by ABE
Nuzzy or anyone, what are your thoughts?

Due to a couple teams not making 55wins (Tex and NYN whom also tied W/L record) and another 2 teams with same W/L record (Cin and CHN) a decision needs to be made.Rule is; if not winning 55games team drop 5 draft slots. If I were to set the draft order would do this:

thats pretty interesting. id say you have it right, whoever wins tiebreaker between Cin an Chi gets the 5th pick and the loser gets the 8th. Winner of tiebreaker between Tex and NY gets the 6th pick.

Good catch...that's a tricky one and certainly a situation no one would contemplate at the outset. Big stakes for CIN and CHN
