The 55-WIn Rule is any team failing to win 55 games drops 5 slots in the AmDraft.
Ex. lets say Team A win 53 games and Team B wins 54 games those teams drop 5 slots
Draft Selection 6 would be Team A
Draft Selection 7 would be Team B
THERE IS AN EXCEPTION : Any new owner (And I gather Chaperones) for their 1st 2 Seasons (or is it 3?) do not have to abide by this Rule. Thus, if Team A was within 2 (or 3) seasons of new ownership they would retain the 1st pick in the draft.
So, its my understanding that Meazer will hold true slot position for his first 2 seasons... anyone, please input ?

Have you thought about doing a sliding scale penalty?
Say 50 - 54 wins is 1 spot , 45-49 = 2, so on......

I would suggest the rule be posted. It did not effect me but the 55-win exception was not mentioned to me or any other owner that came after me, until now.

Is it 2 full seasons that new owner/chaperones are exempt. If they join mid-season do they also get that season exemption? So it be actually 3 seasons? (2 full and the season joined mid-season?) Nuzzy whats the rule on that?
