I've had a few A/A or A+/A+ type of hitters with ok speed that don't seem to be as great as say an A+/A or A/A+ spilt type hitter.

Have tried batting them 3/4 without a lot of success. Seems 5 spot works better. Would love some input.

He's a monster vs lefites, but so much worse that I'd expect against righties...must be low in those grades. He had a nice boost to speed in the OS, but still suffering vRHP.
Honestly, I'd put him on the trade block, see if someone's eyes bulge at his grades and makes a generous offer. You might be surprised by the proposals. I mean, you might get far more in return for essentially a great platoon hitter. If your main competition throws a lot of southpaws, his value to you is higher, of course.

You have a speed problem. Also he gets more than a single only 8% of the time. that means his speed is keeping at 1st even on power hits. He is not great with the glove either. Your stadium may hurt him as well, Is it grass or Turf? does it have lots of foul ground? which stadium is it?

B speed is poor, and if he's low in the A's vs. RHP, I wouldn't expect him to be more than a 7th or 8th hitter. in 2 of the last 3 years he's crushed lefties, i think last season was an aberration there and he'll get back to the low .800 OPS range for the rest of his prime.
