lose their closer and top HR hitter in the playoffs?September 20, 2017 at 11:28PM View BBCode
Not this season maybe. But everyone here who has played a lot has had plenty of important players lost for the playoffs.September 20, 2017 at 11:30PM View BBCode
(also I know you are not even serious about this stuff. It's your bit, I get it. It's my turn to play straight for you. The kids might learn something.)September 21, 2017 at 12:42AM View BBCode
my settings were no different in the playoffs than the regular season. ABE trotted out my cute little closer by making the games run so that the settings dictated his entrance into the game.September 21, 2017 at 10:51AM View BBCode

Of course you already know this.
Other stuff you already know. The fact the injury code runs in the playoffs exactly as it does in the regular season.
And you already know when a reliever appears in too many games in row, it's chances of injury go up dramatically. So you sent your dumb little closer out there for six games. That is user error. A real life pitcher would stand a decent chance of injury.
The hitter has d health. They get hurt all the time. It could have been a month ago for 50 days. It happened during the playoffs? You know well the timing of it is meaningless.
Get a helmet.

Garrity had just suffered through a 27 game injury and I tried to limit his usage down the stretch to prepare him for the playoffs. Plus, it wouldn't matter if he got injured. My team lost. My whole team has an offseason of having their feelings hurt. Those injuries leave permanent scars.September 21, 2017 at 01:44PM View BBCode

Lol Bundy you got served a dose of truth, but of course ABE made the games close to bring in your closer 6 games in a row (that's the bundy truth). We have talked about the consecutive days of utilization on RP's in the past and how it increases their chance of injury and you can prevent that from happening in your settings. You know this but do nothing different.

THREE injuries for bundy, ONE for the rest of the league.Pages: 1
