My biggest need / priority is young pitching but am open to all ideas.

Not a tear down or massive rebuild but I can play sub-500 ball with some of my younger guys getting a shot. So everyone 30 and over (excluding catcher May) can be had. Lot's of talent here, they just can't seem to put it together as a team.My biggest need / priority is young pitching but am open to all ideas.
