Im looking to buy another team. Are there any leagues that are looking for owners or are there any new leagues that will open in the near future?

check out Chicago Sycophants in the WSL. Unique rules that have spurned some new implentations into beta on SD. Very competitive, good league and you'd be starting out with a great team. Old, but good.

There's a team the the Cap Anson league as well.
