RP brought in twice in the same game

Cincy RP Tom Cedeno was brought in to pitch in the 9th, was pinch-hit for in the top of the 11th & came back in to pitch the bottom of the 11th. He ended up winning & saving the game.http://www.simdynasty.com/beta/boxscore.jsp?boxscoreid=10977&cityid=11

I think I fixed what was causing that, but keep an eye out for it again. Especially where the closer comes into pitch, and then is PH for, and then comes in again when its still a Save situation.
