Historical standings

Okay, I have to admit that I haven't paid as much attention to the beta league as I should have. Heck, we're in a whole new season!

There doesn't seem to be any way for me to se the results of last season. It'd be neat if there was a history screen that showed, for each year, things like who won the world series (Team A over Team B, 4-1), and the top league leader for homers, wins, and batting average.

It also would have been nice to get an E-mail of the offseason results (Player X retired, Player Y died in a tragic blimp accident), and be warned that the amateur draft was, say, 3 days away. Getting the results of the amateur draft should come as an E-mail as well, along with a note as to when (real-time date) opening day for the new season is.

It's a good idea, and because I never mind showing off, I'll fill you in on the end of last season. Trailing 3 games to 1 to Kansas City, the Brooklyn Bums made a stunning comeback to become the first World Champions! Check out the cool sig.

Of course if the Bums don't pick up their play, they won't even be returning to the Series to defend their title. :(

Like a season recap? I'll add it to the enhancement list. Would take some work because I blow away some things at the end of each season, like won-loss record.

I'll try to add more emails in. I'm actually supposed to be on vacation this week ;)
