Pitcher Pinch Hit Thought

I was just looking at the settings for pinch hitting for the pitcher. While they offer a lot of options, there is one scenario that I'd like to see added. I'd like a pitcher who is cruising to stay in if there are 0 outs and a runner on first. They'd obviously sacrifice them to second and then the top of the order would get two shots at knocking them in.
