Jim Bowden was inexplicably added an extension. For the sake of the Nationals, it's a 6 month contract. Nonetheless, Bowden celebrated by handing major league contracts to both Bernie Castro and Damian Jackson. Word on the street is he is trying to emulate the powerful Pablo Ozuna/Timo Perez duo
