Knock on wood but ...

I had a pitcher in the minor leagues make 23 improvements with 5 CPs on him ... 15 of them were in control. He went from a D+ this season to a C in control ... in one season!! In fact, I would say he's darn near close to C+ because he got at least for improves after he went to C. I have never seen such an improvement by one pitcher in the minors.
