The MSL, SD's first and oldest loss penalty league has 6 slots open this renewal. Most departing owners have indicated burn out and a potential desire to return someday if the fire returns. There will be solid vets (3 of 4 of last year's playoff teams are departing) and some solid prospects in a 6 team expansion draft.
