Fun to Watch

They are stuck in limbo, unable to compete financially with NY or Boston and lacking the good fortune of high draft picks that have helped Tampa, but the Toronto Blue Jays are sure fun to watch this year.
Today they debuted J.P. Arencibia, their catcher of the future, and all he did was homer on the first pitch he saw enroute to a 4-5 day with a pair of homers, as the Jays just nipped Tampa 17-11.
Jose Bautista homered for the ML leading 34th time and Toronto hit 8 bombs in all taking their total to 175, 30 more than their closest competition .
If the arms continue to get better the Jays might even contend some day soon.

And then today Brandon Morrow strikes out 17 and loses a no hitter with 2 out in the ninth.

Yeah, it almost works like clockwork. How is it that Tampa has such a high winning % again?
