... or at least as close as I'll probably ever get:

My best rotation of all time was in the Bob Horner League, these four helped me to 9 trips to the post season over the course of 11 years. Between them they won 1,083 games .
Hollis Mulwray
Eddy Valiant
John Gillon
Mitch Bradley
I never did have a year where they all won 20, the best was 3 20+ and a 19 in 1988.
All four are in the Hall of Fame and three of them pitched their entire careers in Cleveland. I dealt Gillon out for two prospects and a 1st round pick, and all three of them (Montoya, Wade and Dunlop) ended up in the Hall of Fame as well, though Wade probably didn't deserve it.
Also for the "playoff picks are worthless crowd" please note that of these seven players two were 1st round "playoff picks" and one was a 2nd round pick and all were developed under "old school" 15 CP rules.

These guys have helped me run off 6 WS titles in a row. Note: Beckett was A overall last year and Child was A- last year...

My best pitching staff was this one: http://simdynasty.com/stats.jsp?mode=pitcher&teamid=56494&year=2041
They had a total of 8 Cy Youngs between them (though I'm kinda cheating because my closer accounted for one and Lee Johnson who accounted for 3 didn't become a starter for a couple more years) and 36 all star appearances (though again a bunch were by my closer). Anyway I had 2 20 game winners who were at 25 and 23 another at 19 and another 16, then 3 other guys with more then 10 wins and 133 total wins and a 3.34 ERA.

IN 2007 I had 4 20 game winners on 1 team in the same season in Tony Gwynn league
http://www.simdynasty.com/stats.jsp?mode=pitcher&teamid=19151&year=2007
This group of pitchers had 3 20 game winners in 1989, 1990, 1991, 1992, and 1994

109 games into the HGL 2024 season, I have another solid foursome... a combined 52-25 with a 2.68 ERA. (They're so good I have a fifth starter who's 3-5, 6.68 and am still in 1st)
UPDATE, sim-YEARS LATER: they ended 77-39, 3.40 ERA. Two 20-games and one guy 19-13. Each pitched over 240 innings. There were simulated giants in those days.

I had 4 starters win 20 in back-to-back seasons, and in the third season the 4th guy
only won 19. Best run I've ever had.

And, FWIW, twice we lost in the LCS and won the WS once in those years. Sometimes the stats aren't everything.

A little over halfway through simulated 2045 in the HGL and I have another chance at five 15-game winners - which, I've decided, is as close as I'll ever get to four 20-game winners. They're 43-19 to date, with a 3.17 ERA.

Extremely close: the 2052 Minnesota Swedes have, with five games left in the season, three 20-game winners and one guy with 19 and a single start left....
update...
And in game 162, Lee Snow wins #20 to make it 4 x 20.

Not my team, but the MPL 1997 San Francisco Golden Gates are pretty close to the "four 20-game winners" standard - with 13 games left in the season, they have four starters over 15 wins with a combined 71-23 record.
If I wasn't in 2nd place to them, I'd like them...

Latest foursome to almost make this mark: the 2005 Baltimore National Bohemians. Top four starters: 20-7 3.02, 18-4 2.74, 16-4 3.25, 16-8 2.56 for a combined 70-23 2.89 ERA.

Dio Thessalo, 19-7
