That is fantastic...I am quite impressed! I assume the VEL/CTRL ICs will be capped around 40 combined, and that the extra 20 ICs will all go towards END.March 08, 2012 at 02:16PM View BBCode
it is truly awesome. i once had a reliever in the old sandy koufax league that won 30 games (i have tried to find the card, but its hopeless). but it was not as awesome as this is.March 08, 2012 at 03:38PM View formatted

Wow, 573 innings! I bow to Blucy, though I never played in a league with him. In 1961 Suppan got 71 improvements. Amazing. Jestadt will end up with 61, possibly 62. I'm hoping he gets 8-10 converted ICs towards endurance to turn him into a starter. Then I've suddenly got an A- overall 25 year old SP. Probably won't be able to abuse him next season in quite the same way, but I intend to try.March 08, 2012 at 04:43PM View BBCode
blucy was the straight awesome. i am happy to report that bill powell racked up 91 ic though, back in the leather helment days.March 08, 2012 at 05:26PM View BBCode
This is a different kind of unrealistic that frustrates me, because I don't like to see owners get rewarded with good performance in situations that are humanly impossible:March 08, 2012 at 05:51PM View BBCode

As an update on Jestadt, he gained 6 improvements to endurance and surpassed the B- threshold. I may try a similar format this upcoming season as I did the previous one, letting him start games and stay in no matter what for the first 2 months of the season, then switch him to the pen and give him the ball every third game for 7+ innings for the remainder of the season. Should end up with stats similar to what he just did.March 12, 2012 at 06:47PM View BBCode
yeah, with these things you don't ever want to run out too far on the games end, and have to catch up on the starts to get to 1/4 plus one. in case it gets injured.May 08, 2012 at 11:47PM View BBCode
Jestadt just completed his third season, and lost 30 games in the process. But [url=http://simdynasty.com/player.jsp?mode=player&playername=nobody&id=8696528]getting 312 K's[/url] certainly softens the blow.May 09, 2012 at 03:36PM View BBCode
