I shared this with the GNL...but it was too good to confine to just our corner of the boards. [url=http://www.nyyankeesfragrance.com/products#all-]This was the banner ad[/url] that showed up when I clicked the "Today's Posts" link, at the top of the SD Message Board.

The tag line should have been "You too can smell like a winner...". That would have maximized the cheese quotient, quite nicely.

having taken the subway to (old) yankeree stadium i can honestly say that i have no interest whatsoever in smelling anything like the odour that permeates the area.

(seriously, the House That Ruth Built was truly a dump. and they had the worst lemonade in human history, which really is something of a Ruthian Achievement i suppose. fitting.)

that is the actual function of the transit system there. after you get off that, the rest of the city smells wonderful by comparison.
