Not counting Beta I've played about 300 seasons of SIM and never had a player of mine hit 50 homers or steal 50 bases, ever .

ive had plenty of 50-steal seasons (although i know that's not always a good idea, but its fun for me) but never more than 42 homers.everyone on your team had ridiculous seasons...howd you do it? Tiny stadium?

Still an impressive accomplishment regardless. That guy is a beast. And swopey has built a very nice team.
Also nards favorite app is cocktail wieners for multiple reasons.

Some pretty solid tanking going on in the division. (Im in it my team sucks boaderline tanking so i dont mean to throw stones in a glass house) some of the pitching is just horrible.Still an impressive accomplishment regardless. That guy is a beast. And swopey has built a very nice team.

I do have a small stadium, but that guy is a beast, his pvr has been maxed out since o/s 20. And his speed has been maxed out for a while.

I do have a small stadium, but that guy is a beast, his pvr has been maxed out since o/s 20. And his speed has been maxed out for a while.

Yeah, I like to let my guys run wild. It's fun that way. He did have 79 steals verse only 11 caught stealings so that's a pretty good percentage.

Yeah, I like to let my guys run wild. It's fun that way. He did have 79 steals verse only 11 caught stealings so that's a pretty good percentage.

When Jakubek was a draft pick he was traded, 2-3 all draft picks. One Fireman, Seven Starting All-stars, 3 Backup All-stars, 2 mvps and a Gold Glove go from KC-BRO. From BRO-KC, a Rookie of the year, six starting allstars, a backup and a gold glove

It was solid trade for both of us. Helped of course by the fact we were both picking quite high and the drafts were decent.

The Conigliaro League hasn't had a 50-homer season in 135 seasons, since 1953.
It's happened only twice in the Mantle League in 62 seasons.
It's happened only six times in the Clemens League in 127 seasons.
Here's one guy who maybe could have done it in Clemens, but his owner didn't steal at all the year he hit 50 (his first 10 seasons, actually) and later on he stole 41 at OS35 for another team:

Just the 50 homers part is an extreme rarity in my leagues, let alone the steals.The Conigliaro League hasn't had a 50-homer season in 135 seasons, since 1953.
It's happened only twice in the Mantle League in 62 seasons.
It's happened only six times in the Clemens League in 127 seasons.
Here's one guy who maybe could have done it in Clemens, but his owner didn't steal at all the year he hit 50 (his first 10 seasons, actually) and later on he stole 41 at OS35 for another team:
