Philly and NO had byes week1. Don't know if that's a bug, just haven't seen that before.

I'm guessing it's because of the 2 skipped preseason games

Yeah I'm guessing it's a bug but I'm not sure how the missed preseason would have an effect.

I know what it is.
To add some variety to the schedule, I randomize certain weeks now. I randomized weeks 1 through 4, but 4 has byes so I need to only randomize 1 through 3.
I'll fix it for future schedules but I am not going to regenerate it this time.
