Just hear me out you know how home field advantages with crowd noise Like the Seattle Seahawks and the Saints so why not have it like teams with a history of winning or dominating at home have the loudest crowd noise that it can affect the players on the field and cause havoc for the opposing team

As far as I know, there is no actual built-in home field advantage right now.

Well there should be one cause imagine teams like the Reapers that have a history of domination having tough home fields or the location causes the stadium to be an home field advantage something like that

There is no home field because in the playoffs if the top seed gets upset, whoever beat them has home field now instead of the 2 seed

Thats not what I meant I meant like the crowd noise affecting the players on the opposing team as a Home Field advantage

Again the best teams don't always get home field in the playoffs. Why should the better team be at a disadvantage in the playoffs?!?!?!

Cause it makes games more interesting cause the dominating teams(Montreal,New York,Phoenix) would have a tougher challenge if they had to go in an opposing teams stadium and have to have a challenge winning at that teams stadium but at home if they are dominating then it will be hard to beat them at home so if theres home field advantage it will work out either way t would be fun and challenging for all of us

I agree that there should be a home field advantage, but I think we have a lot of other things to figure out first.

Interesting, but you couldn't have some cities with more of an advantage than others. You'd have to just give the home team a couple of % more on the roll of the dice.

True it would make It hard to win anywhere but then a 2 win team could beat a 10 win team because of home field advantage and who would want to support a 2 win team that's why it should be the best record teams or the higher the record the more advantage but it's just my idea

This time I agree with Stu ... there should be an home field advantage in terms of gaining points; maybe just in some non-phisical parameters (EXE, AGG ... even CTCH or CRRY because you gain motivation); surely not SPD or STR because you don't gain weight at home instead of away matches.

NFL home teams win just over 57% of games so there definitely should be a home field advantage in the sim.

The baseball sim has a home field advantage and MLB home teams win the lowest % of games of any major sport in North America, at 53.9%. For those interested the NHL is 55.7% and the NBA is the leader with a 60.5 home winning percentage.
