One of the most incredible hitters in SD history?

Mo Cabrera doesn't match Dewey's tremendous career OPS but he's the best I have seen in any league maybe since I joined here.

By the way is Chuck Cox 790 hr's a SD record? I have never seen HR totals over 700 that I recall.

Mo was incredible during those prime seasons. Dewey's career BA/OPS will come down a bit when it declines, so, at this stage of the careers, they're very similar (though Dewey has a bit more power).

I think it is, outside of edit leagues.

Tyson, remember him, did a post a few years back listing the All Time leaders in the sim but I don't have the time to try and find it.

The stats don't tell the whole story on Estel Williams, because you have to know that in the early days here the Mantle League was loaded with A+ pitchers. And he still put up numbers like this:

I doubt that this guy is one of the best, or even close, but he is the best hitter I've been in a league with in SimD, at least in terms of overall numbers. http://www.simdynasty.com/player.jsp?player=nobody&mode=stats&id=11697727
