Will he wear the D-Rays cap into Cooperstown?

The sadest part is he chose TB over St. Louis

This team didn't stop Wade Boggs from making the HOF. Just like Boggs, after he retires people will forget about his time with the Joke in Tampa Bay. He may manage some career milestones there too.

Oh, he'll still make it into Cooperstown but jeeze, this guy's career took a more precipitous nosedive than Al Campanis.

I thought the same thing. Guess he'd rather start for Lou Piniella than ride the pine for Tony LaRussa.

Hell, I'd probably make the same decision.

You would think that he would have chose the Cardinals so he could make a run at the postseason again but instead he would rather have his head beat in by the Red Sox and Yankees

Do you have season tickets to the Yankees? Or are you just planning on doing that booing from your couch?

By "I", I meant the collective weight of Yankee fans. :)

Note to Mets. Never deal with the Indians for a second baseman. You will not improve that way. 1. Carlos Baerga 2. Roberto Alomar

The Mets are the Washington Redskins of baseball, spend lots of money with little results.
