I'm going with North Carolina over Illinois, because that's how my bracket is still holding up.

Illinois will win it all. Illinois is the best team, UNC has the most talent, Louisville is the hottest team, and Michigan State will have the most people cheering for them because they are the underdog. A great set of 4 in the finals.

    Bring in the laugh track...
I just read indychris's final four thread about ten minutes ago... And I'm STILL laughing that he thought one of the teams was Louisiana.
In all seriousness I called UNC from the beginning, and I'm sticking to my guns.

 Nice grammar lesson ABDREW.
I have UNC beating Illinois in the final but now I'm not even sure that Illinois will make it there. They have skated by in a few games and I think that Louisville has a pretty good shot at them. Arizona almost (and should have) knocked the Illini out. Other than the West Virginia game Louisville has been very impressive throughout the tournament. I still think that Illinois can squeak by Louisville but will lose to UNC in the championship. Carolina and Illinois' guards will neutralize eachother. North Carolina has a superior front line and that should put them over the top.

Before the tourney, I thought UNC was going to win it all. Although I'm getting more and more respect for the Big 10 now that 3 teams made the elite 8. So you have to respect the eLineEye. I'm going with the eLineEye.
Louisville was ranked #4 in the AP pool before the tourney though - they got shafted by the selection committee.

Louisville's one major issue is their depth. They only play about 7 players so if Garcia, Dean, or O'Bannon get in foul trouble they are in serious trouble. If two or more of those guys get in foul trouble they are dead. I'm still not sold on Illinois. They have yet to put up a real dominant showing in the tourney.
