It appears the Baltimore franchise is certainly in need of help. They have two players with an "a" rating while the majority of other teams have 5 or more players with "a" ratings. Will there be a new draft or is it just going to be good luck and start developing?

At this point Baltimore is the only team available in the league so its taking right over. They did get the top pick in the draft and got a good young pitcher but it'll be a little bit of a haul here. I've asked the commish or Jet to step in and fix the team a bit.
