Waiver Wire Emails

I added some code so that you can get email notifications of waiver wire news pertaining to your team.

From the Edit Profile page, you can check the box to turn this on (for Beta I've turned it on by default for everyone, on the main site it will be turned off by default when we go live).

You will get emails if your team successfully claims a ww player, or if a guy clears waivers and is returned to your minor league team.

How about if someone puts in a claim on a player that you're trying to demote. That seems to me to be the most important factor.

Yeah, I was thinking that might be a good one to get an email for too. Let me see what I can do.

I added this feature as well - if someone claims your player from option waivers, you will get an email notification.

Tyson,
If you're working on adjustments to the email notifications, can you please oh please oh please consider these two changes (which I've posted before on Suggestions):
- Put in an Edit Profile option to receive an email copy of your own trade offer when you send it (for those of us who manage trade details by emails so we don't cram the database full of old trades)
- Change the declined trade offer email to include the details of the offer, just as we see those details when we receive a trade offer. Otherwise, if I send two different offers, and the other owner declines one of them, I have no clue which one was declined.

Will the email notice that a claim has been placed on your player designated for assignment include which team placed the claim? That information would be helpful since it could easily lead to trade negotiations and a more active league.

Actually it looks like this

Dave Sell has been claimed off of waivers by another team.

Right now, we hide which team has claimed your player. So this isn't revealed in the email either. I'm not sure if it makes sense to show this info to people or not, so I've always kept it hidden.
