Wasn't there some avatar bet about the Broncos finishing better than 8-8, and then the Broncos started 6-0 and everyone thought it was over? Because lol.

it was 27-13, pats, and then NE laid down. I was watching the whole game (today's texans game). the houston fans will be celebrating, even though they should not.Philly gettin punched in the mouth, and they don't appear to like the taste of their own blood.

broncos last won the superbowl in 1998. since then, they have won...what... 1 playoff game? I mean, this is like arguing about whether roadkill or dead hobo tastes better.

I was incorrect, but five winning seasons out of seventeen (and an 116-155-1 record during that time) speaks for itself...

dead hobo definitely is tastier but it's just so damned tough that you have to braise it forever, so I generally go roadkill.

although I should mention that if the ravens win, the jets could also beat the chargers because Norv Turner sucks so bad as a head coach, and then they could give the colts/ravens a bye to the superbowl.

The Jets lead the NFL in some very important categories, namely points allowed, yards allowed and yards gained rushing.
I think anytime you can go into the playoffs with the number one rushing attack and the number one defense you have to be considered "for real".
Do I think the Jets can win the Super Bowl ? Unlikely.
Do I think the Jets are a legitimate playoff team ? Absolutely.
