The Jets are a hopeless cause. In the other room jetpac and my friend are sitting there. A jet fan and a packer fan, sad...December 11, 2005 at 09:35PM View BBCode
This season, yes, they are a hopeless cause, but there still are some talented players on that team. The offense is aging and will need to be re-tooled during the offseason, but this season is hardly an indication of what kind of talent they have there. Maybe the preseason Super Bowl predictions were a bit unrealistic, but this is a talented, fast defensive unit. It's hard to judge the offense accurately because when you lose both your #1 and #2 QBs by week three it's certain that you will struggle offensively. Throw in the losses of Kevin Mawae (possibly the best center in the league), Jason Fabini (which caused the entire offensive line to be shifted and shuffled), Chris Baker, Derrick Blaylock, and now Curtis Martin for good measure. There's a lot of talent sitting on the sidelines and unable to play in New York.December 12, 2005 at 01:19AM View formatted

How did Moats look? The game wasn't on here, but his stats were pretty impressive.December 12, 2005 at 03:49PM View BBCode
He looked much better this week than last, actually was able to turn the corner. I'm not sold on him as an NFL running back but he was able to get outside with some good blocking.December 12, 2005 at 06:32PM View BBCode
I think he averaged 17.8 yards per carry in the first half. I would consider that pretty impressive. And skier yes they played a bad game but they're doing a good bit better than the 3 and 10 Jets.:)Pages: 1 2
