This savings adds up. Denver's Defense, besides being healthy now, is more rested than they were weeks 1-5. This lets the defense remain effective through the end of the game, something they could not do under Orton.

I figured it out. Tebow's offense is mostly running plays. 2 runs and 50/50 on 3rd down between run and pass. If that is the case, Tebow and the offense is able to pull up to 2 minutes off the game clock as compared to the Pass first offense run by Orton, which would pass on 1st, run on second, and pass on 3rd and long, meaning the most Orton could run off the clock with a 3 and out is about 45 seconds. That extra time on 3 and outs means that is approximately 1 minute and 15 seconds less time the defense could be on the field.This savings adds up. One has to wonder how ugly next week's score will get. Denver doesn't have an answer for Gronkowski. My feeling is it will be Gronkowski early and often. Denver will score it's fair share of points, but our offense, even going against the worst defense in the NFL (look it up, that Pats defense is that bad), can't hang them as fast as New England.

i refuse to believe that god cheers for the broncos. everyone knows he's a cowboys fan. that's why there was a hole in the roof. he just doesn't like the new stadium- the scoreboard obstructs his view.

Oh, He's not cheering for them, in that sense. He's simply enabling them to win against all odds, as a testament to His power, and to show that our Faith should be in Him, not in our own fallible abilities.(And we all know the Cowboys are like the Philistines of the Old Testament. He'll let them win only to punish His people when they don't act right.)
