Caught the end of the Jays/Red Sox game tonight, the Jays offense is just horrible right now but you have to be encouraged by the young arms.

I was wrong about the Halak fellow, you want me to run out your Joe Gordon vs. Ron Santo vs. Nomar Garciaparra nonstop hit parade? Hell, the dude's a countryman, it's not like I'm unhappy ... I just don't understand where this Halak was in the Olympics.

Funny, Halak have been a 9 round pick,271 overall pick in 2003 and I heard yesterday that Montreal draft him because he have shutout Russia Team with Ovechkin in a junior game so that why Montreal take the chance and draft him....

Yes, Chicago has the absolutely WORST music for when they score a goal at home. I mean, sure, too many teams play Rock and Roll (Part 2), but that abortion of a song is an abomination.

Part 2 is more or less the instrumental version of Part 1. Also, Gary Glitter touches children.

I would love a Flyers/Sharks final because the Sharks need to play more physical teams, but my prediction at this point is actually Canucks/Flyers.

So you're picking the two teams who are each trailing 3-1 in their Conference semi final series ??
Vancouver have looked patently awful since the first period of game two, Chicago is just too fast, too strong down low and too good for the Canucks to handle and Philly barely avoided being swept while blowing 3-1 and then 4-3 leads in game four .
I mean strange shit can happen but if you are really committed to a Philly/Vancouver final I'd head straight to Vegas and parlay that with each of the next three games in their respective series, you could probably retire if you put down a couple of hundred on that combination .
