That was my prediction after game 2 or 3 of the semifinals. I haven't had time to check what's gone on since. I guess it makes even less sense now than it did then.

These are the conference semifinals, Deke. Last round was the conference quarterfinals.

yes, i know. but the actual semi-finals are now called the conference finals. it can be a bit confusing for those who don't pay a lot of attention.

but we aren't. there are 8 teams left, not 4. the nhl can call it anything it wants, that doesn't change the number of teams involved. what we're in now are really the quarterfinals, despite the name.

There is stupid people everywhere, those stupid people that put fire on police car and brake window for stole stuff are not hockey fans, there are just bad people that take advantage of that Canadien win for do their things

The 23 000 fans that look the game on the board at Bell center just celebrate after the game and they did it correctly

Yes, I was referring to what the NHL calls the conference semifinals. Had I said "conference semifinals," I would not have been wrong.

I deal with semantics for a living, so I always welcome such comments.
