i was just clowning around. foli wasn't even advocating that position, he was referencing something from above where it was mentioned i believe. he can say whatever he wants, his boys there in cincy are a lock this season.

Thanks TM, hugs.

I really find it pointless to discuss who the best QB is, as there are so many ways to try to decide who is the best. You can throw for 5000 yards and 50 TDs every season like Fouts and Marino, and never win a Super Bowl, or you can win games with average stats and then win the Super Bowl like Bradshaw or Staubach (although Roger had better than average stats). Who are people going to remember when all 4 are dead? They're all in the HOF. My guess is the guys who won Super Bowls.

Remember what Herm Edwards said, you play to win the game. If you can't/don't lead your team to victory, how good are you really??? Just a thought.

jesus christ himself couldn't lead the raiders to the super bowl. i don't know that in any way is a reflection on his ability.

Are you saying Jesus Christ can't hit a curveball?

Of course he can hit the curve, the splitter gives him trouble though . The splitter gets him out on his front foot and he never really hits it with any authority .

JC might not throw that well, but he is definitely a tough son of a censored in the pocket--can really take a beating.

i don't know if this is on topic, but r.i.p. george blanda. not the best qb ever, maybe, but could be the coolest.

26 seasons. He was quite the guy. RIP indeed.

listen, the craziest thing about blanda was, the guy could take a hit, at like 45. i mean, buck buchannon or somebody would just pick him up, and slam him down on the ground. and he would just get up and keep playing. it was incredible.
