Total Chances, on left side, shows 8 when he is actually 2/10 - as correctly shown at far right.

Going through the boxscores one-by-one, I notice that he has 9 ICs. He's got an extra Endurance chance that isn't in any of the boxscores. Here's what I think happened...
I fixed a bug that involved the 3rd IC and incorrect reporting of ICs. Basically, when a player got his first IC of the season, and if it was a 3rd IC, then it was incorrectly putting a missed chance somewhere based on the previous player's data. So I think that's how he got the ghost endurance chance that wasn't reported anywhere.
But I think we have a new bug where players who get 2 ICs in a game are getting miscredited in the total column. That would account for the other discrepancy.
I'm going to empty the Improvement table for beta for 1984 and start from scratch to see if this is the case.

Here is another problem on improvement chances, seen on NY Zeolites' Clint Robinson. It shows 124 IP's last year. That is an incorrect total.

Wait. Maybe I'm wrong about this. I see that he is also rated as "A" at CF, so maybe the Total Chances includes position change chances.

ballplayer, are you converting him to a new position at the minor league level?
I'll have to work on the tracking of that.
