I saw it, it was OK. Typical end of the world style movie. Lots of action, lots of people doing stupid things that probably shouldn't have done. Lots of judgemental commentary on greed and selfishness.November 22, 2009 at 01:38AM View BBCode

Could anyone please explain the context for Reno's scene? I mean, it looks like it should be from some oddball black comedy. Black Dahlia, as much as I understand, is (ostensibly) a "Serious Film," yes?November 22, 2009 at 03:10AM View BBCode
(Come on, how hilarious is that clip? Somebody help me out here, I don't want to watch that pile of crap.)November 22, 2009 at 03:27AM View BBCode
Honestly, I really don't remember the circumstances. But come on, it's De Palma - that's just what he does. Unintentionally hilarious "dramatic" scenes.November 22, 2009 at 03:38AM View BBCode

The sad part is, 4 out of 5 frat douches agree. (The fifth is mid-date rape.)November 23, 2009 at 10:22PM View BBCode
the world ends, but it doesnt, because famous actor who you like saves everyone. Well, everyone who matters. Because like 6 billion people died, including you, but that wasnt sad becuase those 6 billion people had no character development, so it was just cool CGI. And the kid lives, which makes you happy. But maybe one guy who you liked died, which made you kinda sad, but in a good way where you realize how much you appreciate them saving the rest of the cast that you like and killing off that douchy guy you didnt like, because you didnt think about him any deeper than his caricature.November 23, 2009 at 11:45PM View BBCode
