i am curious as to why Gray is even on this ballot when he only got 2 out of 13 votes on the previous ballot. Do you not need a minimum amount of votes to continue to be kept on Ballots??? That was only 15% Gray got last time.

Minimum to stay on is 2 votes, that is why he was kept. Best reason I see is that in a down year for retirees he might get more consideration. With that being said, if he or someone like him consistantly gets 2-3 votes he will be removed after a few years unless anyone has an objection to this?

Yeah I think that's the best way - give them 2 shots minimum...maybe if they get 2 votes their first ballot they can stay, then raise it to 3-4 the second time around in order for a 3rd and final shot?
