I'd like to move you guys to subscription based renewals. The reason I'm suggesting this is that you guys had poor renewal rates last time around with 6 people leaving. Any league that loses 7 people at renewal folds.
The way it would work is that instead of reupping for 8 months at a time at $45, you would create an automatic subscription that will bill you $5.75 per month. You can cancel this at anytime. This is the about the same price you are paying currently.
You also have the option of just pre-paying as many months as you want in advance and then logging in and paying each time manually when your time expires.
Once we get up and running, replacement owners would pay $12 for the first 3 months then $5.75 monthly after that.
There are a few advantages to this system. The first is that once we are up and running, there won't be pause periods where you wait for Expansion owners to signup or the risk that the league will fold due to too few renewers. Also, there is a much lower initial cost for new owners which should make it easier to find replacements. And when you choose to leave the league, you can do so immediately and not wait out the term.
Let me know what you guys think. If there are no strong objections, I'd like to implement this in the league after the new year. Anyone that is already renewed for the next term would be credited for the appropriate time period.

$5.75 a month equates to $46 for an 8 month term. Not much of an increase. SO long as we don't have to move over to that until we get to the end of the current term, that's fine.as for the 7 player rule, it's why I didn't leave after last term.

I've calculated the last date of the term to be around July 15th, so I have set everyone's valid date to that. The term was to end with the 2041 season.
Sometime before July, please go to Owner->Renewal and setup a subscription or make a one time payment.
