Retirement requirement for system 2

So I've pretty much given up on admin ever fixing the huge disparity between how easy it is to keep pitchers around in system 2 retirement, 18 appearances and 25 innings pitched, versus batters, 200 at bats, but can we at least move into the late 20th century, since we're 13 years into the 21st, and change at bats to plate appearances ?Is that really too much to ask ?
