Since being freed from the shackles in Atlanta [url=http://beta.simdynasty.com/player.jsp?id=9807073]Ron Damon[/url] has stolen 264 bases in less than five seasons in Detroit, at an 81.7% success rate, which by any standard is a beneficial outcome.
I will never understand the "never attempt a steal" philosophy in the SIM, with the change to steal preferences it's pretty easy to maintain a team SB% above 75% yet some owners just nail their runners feet to the bag.
How many steals would he have ?

even kid flash stole at 74%. and my brains were replaced with oatmeal long ago.
