Chaperoning Tampa Bay

Hey folks, admin has asked me to look after the Tampa Bay team until such time as they can be sold. I've done this a bunch of times and basically I'll just try and keep the roster in good shape and make sure prospects are being looked after.

I will trade but only if it helps the team look better for a potential buyer.
