I guess he didn't feel like putting together a HOF career....
I think I'm going sue the union to get back my 40 million. 9.1 x 5 more years. As I'll be carrying 9.1 per year of dead money.

Actually that thread was about players retiring who still had option years left and owners being on the hook , Gilbert is just a case of really bad luck ........like insanely bad luck.
