I haven't changed a strategy in over 100 seasons, though I do update the roster and occasionally rank the draft, proving that even a blind squirrel sometimes finds a nut.

I only have 8 playoff appearances, with two Sim Bowl appearances (both losses).
I clearly don't update this often enough (0.325 win percentage).
