Who is the best pitcher in MLB right nowApril 12, 2008 at 01:37AM View BBCode
Triple Crown winner last year, that says it all, and this year a Bob Gibson type year, he does it all strike outs, low ERA low WHIP, he is without a doubt in my mind the best pitcher.April 13, 2008 at 12:30AM View BBCode
A surprise pick. Tell me, is this Jake Peavy before or after [url=http://deadspin.com/376572/jake-peavy-packed-kenny-rogers-hand-cream-by-mistake]wiping himself[/url]?April 13, 2008 at 12:40AM View BBCode

This is getting creepy now. The only thing left is for you to scream at us and tell us to put the lotion on our skin.April 13, 2008 at 07:19PM View BBCode
I just don't understand how can you look at the year Peavy had last year and the year Santana had and say at this point Santana is better. Of course Santana has better career stats to this point, but that will be turned around in a year or so.April 13, 2008 at 08:13PM View BBCode
Based on one year Randy Jones was better than Steve Carlton or Tom SeaverApril 13, 2008 at 08:14PM View BBCode

Santana is passed his prime and Peavy will be entering his prime soon.

Since when is 29 years old "passed [sic] his prime"? If anything, Santana is just starting to enter his prime.

A prime of someone athletically if they train at a constant rate is 26-28 passed that is passed their prime, but it may not be evident. However Jake Peavy's prime is right now so I think right now at this point he is better, this will be proved by him having a much better season this year.April 14, 2008 at 09:38PM View BBCode

He's a kid -- I'm guessing he's around Peyton's age (Peyton, of course, existing as a 15-year-old in suspended animation, never aging, never maturing).
Of course, if this guy somehow is a grown man ... he probably shouldn't have done so many drugs in high school.

i'm assuming that i'm one of the other two, and depressingly i'm certainly closer to 40 than 20.
