Randy Johnson.....

....is 4 innings away from #300.

Yeah, he's pretty much my favorite player ever.

I would feel a lot more comfortable about his lead if the Giants' offense wasn't so goddamn putrid.

Fortunately, the Nationals are just as limp-dicked at hitting..

Wouldn't it be cool, in a tragic sort of way, if Johnson continued to pitch and never won another game...forever stuck on 299?

We lost in the second round. And Johnson did a fine job avenging our loss in the WS.

Well, he did owe the Mariners after he tanked his way into that trade to Houston.

So now it's up to the Giants' bullpen. I have a very good feeling about this.

It would be pretty lame if the umps called this game for rain while a player is chasing a milestone.

LOL.

Jamie just won 250 the other night. He'd be in his 50's before he even sniffed 300.

He is, at least, the first lefthanded ex-Mariner mentioned in this thread who is worthy of admiration.
